Website analytics

We use Umami Cloud to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content. The Umami tracker may collect page views, referring pages, browser, operating system, device type and country-level information. Umami says its tracker does not use cookies and anonymises analytics data. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.

Umami Cloud servers are located in the EU and the United States. Where a transfer to a country without an adequacy decision is subject to GDPR transfer rules, Umami's Data Processing Addendum provides for the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Website security and operation

Our website hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser details and server logs, to deliver and protect the website and diagnose errors. We use this information only as needed for the secure operation and maintenance of the site.

The website is built and hosted on Lovable. The domain thecollablead.com is managed through one.com.

If you subscribe to Human Intelligence Drops, we collect your email address and any subscription preferences you provide so we can send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We rely on your consent and keep the information until you unsubscribe or the subscription is otherwise inactive.

We may share information with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, including Lovable for website hosting, one.com for domain services, Umami for analytics, and our email or newsletter service providers. We keep business enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or the subscription is removed. Umami analytics data is retained according to the settings and retention period of our Umami plan. Technical security logs are retained only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and maintenance.
